 Gel polish labeled "TPO-FREE" is safe for your clients' health. TPO (Trimethyl Benzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide, CAS 75980-60-8) is a photoinitiator that was previously widely used in gel polishes. Since September 2025, the EU has banned the production and sale of TPO-containing gel polishes due to concerns about adverse effects on the human body. The transition to TPO-free formulas is considered a step toward safer and more responsible nail care.
 
Directions for use: 
1. Perform standard nail preparation: remove shine with a buff, degrease. Apply primer. 
2. Cover the nail plate with a layer of base coat and cure in a lamp. 
3. Apply 2 thin coats of Axios gel polish. Cure each coat thoroughly in the lamp: 2 minutes in a UV lamp / 1 minute in an LED/CCFL lamp. 
4. Complete the process by applying a top coat, which is also cured in the lamp.
