Delivery &Refund Policy 

​Dear customer, thank you so much for choosing EmpireNails.com, we want to assure you that we work hard to keep all our valued customers happy and content by distributing only the best brands in Europe and World. 

After your order is being registered please allow 1 working day for it to be dispatched, after you receive your tracking number via e-mail, allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive. Please keep in mind that 1-3 working days for delivery is not guaranteed by Royal Mail, we want top assure you that we pay for 24h delivery service, however delivery timing does not depend entirely on us, but on Royal Mail. Majority of our orders respect the 1-3 working days delivery frame (after the order is been dispatched). 

If an item is faulty we are more than happy to refund the full amount of the product. However, you must have a receipt and provide us with pictures of the item, we can not refund or return items which have been used if you have noticed something is wrong with any of our products please let us know as soon as possible(within 48h maximum).If unfortunately any item is faulty we will issue a refund as soon as possible (please allow 1-2 working days for it to appear in your bank account), you will also be notified via email when your refund is been sent. Please keep in mind that we are distributors not manufacturers and we can not take responsibility for the quality of the products (if you are unhappy with the quality of any product, apart from letting us know, you can also discuss with the Main manufacturer-brand of the product). We are more than happy to assure you that we have in stock high quality nail supplies which have been used and tested by our artists for many years, and which are loved and appreciated all over the EU . All our associates produce their prime materials in the EU at highest standards!

Dear customer, thank you so much for choosing EmpireNails.com, we want to assure you that we work hard to keep all our valued customers happy and content by distributing only the best brands in Europe and World, however, if you are not happy with any of our products you can let us know within 14 days and return them within another 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You have the right to cancel your order by simply sending us an email or using the phone number shown on our website

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you would like to return a product please note that you will need to manage the postage and shipping (we recommend using a tracked service)

Please allow at least one working day (after we received your item) to inspect the state of your items before processing your return. If any refund will be issued please state that it will take 1-2 working days for it to appear in your bank account. You will also be notified by email when the refund is been issued.
