Velvet matte No wipe - is a Top Matte with a velvet effect to the touch, without a dispersion layer. It has a medium to liquid consistency and it self-levels quickly during the application process, leaving no streaks. It keeps its matte effect throughout the duration of wearing the manicure. Thanks to the texture, the surface remains clean for a long time. On light colors, if necessary, it is recommended to clean the nails with micellar water to remove possible impurities.
