Description:
Annette Sterile Pro sterilization bags are essential for manicure and pedicure technicians to ensure hygiene standards in the salon. They are specially designed to guarantee the protection of clients against the risk of contamination with dangerous pathogens. The bags are used to sterilize metallic manicure and pedicure instruments, but also to safely package non-metallic instruments after the disinfection process in salons, laboratories, etc.
The packaging is specially designed to make the work of technicians easier: on the back is illustrated the actual image of the types of instruments that can be inserted into the bags, facilitating the quick identification of the right sizes and saving time in the selection process.
Annette Nails' self-sealing bags are sold in sets of 100 pieces and are available in several sizes, so they can be perfectly adapted to each set of tools, thus streamlining the cost of consumables in the salon:
1. 60x100mm
2. 75x130mm
3. 100x200mm
4. 130x200mm
The Annette Sterile Pro bags with dimensions of 60x100mm are suitable for the sterilization of various bur heads. In addition, they are practical, tear-resistant and ensure the protection of instruments during transport and storage. After sterilization, the bags provide effective protection for up to 6 months, when properly sealed and stored under appropriate conditions. They provide a safe barrier against chemical and biological contamination, being an essential product in every technician's kit. Once used, the bags cannot be reused.
Made of special heat-resistant paper, they do not burn, do not emit a strong odor when heated and do not peel off at high temperatures, being ideal for both hot air sterilization and autoclave sterilization. For precise process control, the bags are equipped with a chemical indicator, which changes its shade depending on the sterilization method, providing clear visual confirmation without the need for additional checks. They also have a labeling area, necessary to note the sterilization date and maintain a clear record of the instruments in the salon.
The bags are equipped with a sealing system based on a special adhesive tape, which closes hermetically and provides reliable protection against bacteria and dirt from the outside.
Advantages:
Versatility: Ideal for both steam (autoclave) and hot air (pupinel) sterilization;
Optimized design with real-size product images to facilitate quick identification of compatible instruments and correct bag size selection;
Maximum resistance: made of special paper that withstands high temperatures, humidity and sharp instruments, for long-lasting use in any conditions;
Integrated chemical indicator: changes color depending on the type of sterilization: green for hot air and black for steam, ensuring more efficient process control;
Adaptability: the bags are available in several sizes and fit every tool set, which allows for efficient organization of consumables in the salon;
Protection for up to 6 months: thanks to the adhesive tape sealing system, the bags close hermetically and do not allow pathogens to penetrate from the outside.
*The protection period depends on the integrity of the bag, compliance with correct sterilization procedures, and handling and storage conditions.
Instructions for use:
1. Write down the sterilization date and the contents of the bags on the special labeling area.
2. Place the dry instruments in the self-sealing bags, following the disinfection protocol carried out properly in the ultrasonic bath.
3. Place the instruments in the bags so that they do not overlap each other. In the case of scissors or pliers, the instruments should be inserted in the open position.
4. Seal the bags firmly and place them in the sterilizer, distributing them evenly so that the sterilization process is carried out correctly.
5. Follow the sterilization machine instructions for an efficient process. The recommended sterilization time is 60 minutes at 180°C in the oven (+15 min preheating) and 20-60 minutes at 134°C in the autoclave, according to the equipment manufacturer's specifications.
6. Check the color of the chemical indicator to see if sterilization has been successful: green after hot air sterilization (in the autoclave) and black after steam sterilization (in the pupinel).
7. Store the sterilized bags in a dry, clean place and use them as needed.
8. After use, the bags cannot be reused.
