Application instructions: Apply a thin layer of Step 1 over the base coat, just like a standard top coat, and cure under UV/LED light for 2 minutes / 30 seconds. Apply Step 2 using a semi-dry brush and wait for the desired effect to appear. Immediately after application, the top coat will begin to form streaks resembling water; you can start curing at this stage or wait a few more seconds for distinct droplets to form.
