HELLO Tint Base NEON FROG 15ml

Due to its dense pigmentation and elasticity, the neon shade base creates a perfectly even coverage after applying the first layer. Densely camouflages the free edge and contours. Does not require a white substrate.

Application method:
1. Thoroughly degrease the nail plate with phBond dehydrator .
2. Apply Ultrabond acid-free primer to the tip of the nail and wait for the liquid to dry completely.
3. Apply a layer of transparent Rubber base as a substrate and cure for 30 seconds.
4. Apply one or two layers of Tint base. The polymerization time in a UV/LED lamp is 60  seconds.
5. Apply the finishing coat (top) as the final layer .
