APPLICATION METHOD:
1️⃣ Prepare the nail: mattify the nail polish with a medium-grit file (180)
2️⃣ Degrease the surface with Nail Cleaner , apply Bonder
3️⃣ Apply the desired color of Semi-permanent Nail Polish and cure.
4️⃣ Apply VIVA LA TIENDA - Heart Top  in an even layer, distributing the hearts as desired.
5️⃣ Cure in a UV/LED lamp  for 60 seconds .
