Disposable nail files have wooden cores. This makes them light and comfortable to use. A simple file and polisher consists of a file with a grit of 100/180 and a polisher with a grit of 180.
Coarse-grained tools are intended for removing the top layer of the coating, and softer ones are intended for working on the shape of the nail plate. In addition, there is a soft layer between the 100-grit file and the core, which minimizes the risk of damaging the epidermis. Polisher is used to smooth the nail surface.
